The invitation-only Rapid Planning, Decision Making & Execution Summit event marks a breakthrough in executive learning programs. Sponsoring the program provides your company with a forum through which you can promote your company, develop strong relationships with key potential buyers, drive new sales, and differentiate your company from your competitors.

There are four sponsor levels - 4 Star, 3 Star, 2 Star and 1 Star - all referred to as General Sponsors. General Sponsorship packages are category exclusive and include a comprehensive suite of benefits, which include but are not limited to: invitee wish list submission, website presence, on-site signage, direct mail and email campaign opportunities, and comprehensive attendee information.

This is an educational and networking program which will be marketed exclusively to individuals with whom the Sponsors of the program want to develop and fortify relationships. The program is limited to 120 executives in total, with 102 seats reserved for Delegates and 18 seats reserved for Sponsors.

Each Sponsor company may submit to Liminal Group a “WishList” of individuals they would like to invite to the event. Depending on the level of sponsorship, Sponsors will send from 3 to 6 executives and will lead from 1 to 4 teams at the event. Each team at the event will consist of 11 Delegates and 1 Sponsor executive. Accordingly, the 4 Star Sponsor will have 4 team leaders in attendance, each leading a team of 11 individuals within their target audience. This close interaction with Summit Delegates results in opportunities to:

Pre-Summit Promotion

• Your company logo will be included on all published Summit announcements, invitations and advertisements and marketing materials.
• Your company logo and a link to your website will be posted on the Liminal Group website promoted worldwide.
• Your company profile (approximately 200 words) describing your company, products and services to target attendees will be included in the Summit brochure and sales support collateral.
• Additional marketing services are available including customized email, direct mail and phone invitations extended to your clients.
• Your company will be allowed to ask all registrants one mandated question via the online registration tool and the answers will be sent to you prior to the event.

On-Site Summit Delivery

• Print Ad Space in Event Program
• Logo and 200 Word Company Overview in Event Program
• Logo and Link to Company Website on Liminal Group Website
• Optional Gift Bag Contribution (Company materials such as pens, business cards, company profiles)
• WishList Contribution (A portion of your complimentary seats are transferable)
• Your company will receive the opportunity for executives (amount based on level of sponsorship) to attend the Summit in promotion of your company and services.
• Your company will sponsor several meals (depending on sponsorship level).
• Onsite Exhibition Space: This space will act as a focal point for your marketing initiatives during the event, enabling you to centralize your networking and demonstrate your products and services to the Summit attendees. A dressed table, chairs and power will be provided. Any signage you wish to complement this must be provided by your organization and approved by Liminal Group.
• Your company logo will be printed on a 36” x 100” Summit sign, which will be strategically displayed during all of your Sponsored activities. You may provide us with additional pre-approved branded merchandise (e.g. napkins, cigars, etc.) to be displayed during other Sponsored activities.

Post Summit Delivery

• Delegate Contact Database – You will receive the full confidential attendee list containing complete contact information. The attendee list is offered exclusively to Summit sponsors. This list will be provided no later than 5 business days after the Summit.
• Speaker Presentations – Sponsors will be provided a secure password to download speaker presentations.

Liminal Group aims to create an environment where Sponsors can build lasting business relationships. Private meetings will be facilitated on a scheduled basis or ad hoc. Liminal representatives will work with sponsors and delegates to secure meetings over the course of the three days in the Sponsors’ private meeting area.

Your company will have the opportunity to welcome attendees exclusively at the Keynote Banquet and have the privilege of the Keynote Speakers Introduction.

Event Video Sponsorship

Promote your company brand and image via an executive introduction and logo inclusion in the event training video. Capture your audience with complete category exclusivity in an invitation-only gathering. This video will be distributed to all event attendees and will be sold via the Liminal Group web-store to non-attendees.

Cyber Café

Distinguish your company as the primary technology presence with Sponsorship of the delegate lounge and cyber café. Located directly adjacent to the events meeting rooms, this area will be one of the most highly trafficked locations at our event. All daily networking breaks will be taken at this location. Your company will enjoy the benefits of displaying your own company website as the homepage and utilizing the space for product demonstrations and brand signage.

Welcome Cocktail Reception

Make an immediate impact that will last the duration of the event by sponsoring the Welcome Cocktail Reception on the first evening. The Cocktail reception and barbecue will provide your company with marquee brand imaging and display in an exclusive environment. Have your company logo printed on napkins or use the space for posters and corporate gifts.

Meal Reception

Sponsorship of a meal package will afford your company the opportunity to customize a breakfast, lunch, and dinner to your liking. Use the space to display company posters without presence from competitors. The space will be yours to use exclusively with all attendees being present.
